摘要
从动力学角度出发,研究了大豆蛋白纤维针织物的电化学染色中半染时间与槽电压和温度的关系。实验表明:当槽电压增加、温度升高时,半染时间t1/2较常规染色降低。这说明电化学染色可以增加染料的上染速率。不仅如此,电化学染色与常规染色相比,可以提高上染率,降低能耗,改善工人的工作环境,减少环境污染。还可以实现电子计算机定量控制上染率,从而使电化学染色工艺更趋于合理化、科学化。
dynamics the relation between the diffusion coefficients and tank voltage alone with temperature were investigated concerning soybean protein fibers knitted fabric electrochemistry dyeing.The results shown that the time of half dyeing,decrease with the increase of tank voltage and temperature,which is compared with general dyeing.It shows that electrochemistry dyeing can increase dyeing rate,decrease energy consumption,reduce environment pollution.
