摘要
项目管理过程中质量管理是项目参与各方把握的核心之一。从监理单位和施工单位的经济目标出发,分析双方的战略和支付函数,应用混合策略博弈模型对工程项目质量控制进行定量分析,求得其均衡解。在此基础上分析的监理单位与施工单位的博弈选择过程,为监理单位更好地进行工程质量管理提出了一些建议。
Quality management of projects is the key to all participants.Beginning from the economical goals of supervision unit and construction unit,the strategies and payoff function of each side are analyzed,and mixed strategy game model is applied to analyze quality control of projects quantitatively,having solved the equilibrium solution.Given this,the gaming process between supervision unit and construction unit can provide some suggestion for supervision units to manage project quality.
