摘要
低等级农村单车道公路由于路面偏窄,从而使得错车问题成为造成农村公路事故多发的重要原因之一。而工程措施、技术措施、管理措施的合理应用,可以大大提高农村公路的交通安全,对保障广大农民的生命和财产安全具有重要的意义。
Because the rural single-lane highway suface is narrow,the passing problems is one of the important reasons in causing the accidents in rural highway.It can greatly improve the traffic safety by using engineering measures,technical measures and management measures reasonably in rural roads.It is also very important to ensure the safety of majority farmers＇ lives and property.
