等级公路限制速度与运行速度的相关性研究

Relativity between Operating Speed and Posted Speed Limit on Classified Highway

限制速度本身不直接对事故产生影响,而是通过对运行速度的影响作用于道路安全,因此研究两者的关系是非常必要的。在相同的限速值条件下,对一级公路和二级公路道路断面的运行速度分别进行比较,发现限速值对运行速度有显著的影响,运行速度通常大于限制速度,且会随着限速值的变化而相应地增加或降低。

Posted speed limit doesn＇t have direct impact on accidents,but on the contrary,it acts on the road safety through its influence over the operating speed.Therefore,it is essential to analyze the relationship between them.In the conditions of the same speed limit value,there are some comparisons between 1st-class highways and 2nd-class highways about operating speed.It can be found that posted speed limit has significant impact on operating speed,and the operating speed is usually larger than the posted speed limit.With the change of the posted speed limit,the operating speed can reduce or increase accordingly.
