超细钢纤维增强砂浆力学性能研究

摘要 采用长度为13mm、直径为0.2mm的超细钢纤维和长度为30mm、直径为0.5mm的普通钢纤维对砂浆进行增强增韧,制作标准砂浆试件,通过对比试验研究超细钢纤维增强砂浆的抗压性能和抗折性能,得到了超细钢纤维的最佳掺入量。试验表明:超细钢纤维砂浆最佳体积掺入量为2.5%,同等掺入量下超细钢纤维对砂浆的增强增韧效果优于普通钢纤维,超细钢纤维增强砂浆能够大幅度提高钢纤维砂浆的强度,从而能取得显著的技术经济效益。 The ultrathin steel fiber,whose diameter is 0.2mm and length is 13mm,and the common steel fiber,whose diameter is 0.5mm and length is 30mm,are used to increase the strength and toughness of the common cement mortar.Then standard mortar samples are formed.Through the contrast test,the ultrathin steel fiber mortar's property of anti-compression and anti-break are studied,and the optimal dosage of ultra-thin steel fiber is obtained.The test results show that the optimal dosage of ultrathin steel fiber is 2.5%,the effect of ultrathin steel fiber on reinforcing strength and toughness of mortar is better than commonsteel fiber,whose strength can be enhanced greatly,thus excellent technical and economic benefit can be obtained.
