Study on Urban Traffic Planning

通过对城市规划和城市交通规划的定义以及对城市交通规划体系的划分,得出交通规划的步骤,通过对模型的分析得出结论:城市交通规划是在了解城市交通形态和土地利用的情况下,研究城市交通设施规模、布局的合理性和有效性,综合各种交通建设、政策、管理措施改善城市交通系统,使之适合城市将来发展需要的策略或行动的过程。

The steps of traffic planning are educed through defining urban planning and urban traffic planning and dividing urban traffic planning system.According to model analysis,it concludes that urban traffic planning is the strategies and actions of studying the scales of urban transport facilities,the rationality and effectiveness of the layout under the understanding of the form of urban traffic and land using.It integrates varieties of transportation construction,policy,and management measures to improve the urban transport system,and make it fit the needs of city development in the future.
