摘要
在脱墨浆中应用改性聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)作为阴离子垃圾捕捉剂,探讨了PEI/CPAM/膨润土体系对脱墨浆助留助滤性能的影响,并与聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行了比较。结果表明:与PAC相比,分子量大和阳电荷密度高的改性PEI作为阴离子垃圾捕捉剂,可以显著改善CPAM或CPAM/膨润土体系对脱墨浆的助留助滤性能和电荷性质。PEI-B用量为0.03%,CPAM用量为0.03%时,PEI/CPAM体系使纸料滤水速度和总留着率比CPAM单元助留助滤体系分别提高23%和10%;PEI/CPAM/膨润土体系使纸料滤水速度和总留着率比CPAM/膨润土体系分别提高20%和5%。
The effects of a ternary system of modified PEI/CPAM/bentonite on retention and drainage properties of deinked pulp were studied by using polyethyleneimine as anionic trash catchers and the comparison in the effects of modified PEI with polyaluminum chloride was also done in this paper. The results show that modified PEI with higher charge density and molecular weight can improve the rate of retention and drainage and Zeta potential properties. When the dosage of PEI-B is 0.03%,the drainage and retention rate are increased by 23% and 10% respectively,compared with the single system of 0.03% dosage of CPAM;the drainage and retention rate are increased by 20% and 5% respectively when compared with the binary system of dosage 0.03% of CPAM and 0.3% of bentonite.
