漂白麦草化学浆与高松厚度P-RC APMP共磨浆特性 被引量:4

摘要 研究了WSP和HBHYP浆的配比对共磨浆性能及其在不同打浆度下对纸页特性的影响。结果表明:WSP与HBHYP混合共磨浆能明显提高打浆效率;HBHYP在0~50%的添加范围内配比量越高,纸页的松厚度、不透明度及光散射系数不断增加,且所有共磨浆的撕裂指数、耐折度及脆性均优于WSP;当HBHYP添加量较低时,抗张指数及耐破指数接近或高于纯麦草浆。WSP与HBHYP共磨时,HBHYP浆较多的细小组分有利于促进纤维之间的结合,增加纤维内部结合强度。 The effects of the co-refining of high bulk aspen P-RC APMP(HBHYP) and bleached wheat straw pulp(WSP) blends on paper property developments were studied. The results show that,the co-refining of HBHYP and WSP can improve beating efficiency,and the improvement of bulk,opacity and light scattering are corresponding with the increase of HBHYP addition varied from 0 to 50%,and the tear strength,folding endurance and brittleness properties of all the pulp blends are better than that of the pure WSP. The tensile and burst strength of the blends are close to or even higher than that of the pure WSP when HBHYP addition is less than 10%. Due to the HBHYP high content of fines,HBHYP can effectively promote the fiber bonding after co-refining.
