Globally financial crisis was brought in because of the mortgage foreclosures in Americans in the third quarter of 2008.The effluence of financial crisis spreaded all over the world at the end of 2008,and the world economy was in the trouble.But with a serious of stimulating policies taken by all countries,the world economy has been recovered until now.Furthermore,China is the first to go out the crisis.China paper industry has said goodbye to financial crisis and has come to a new development.
