摘要
电力体制改革的不断深化，要求供电企业在电力客户工程中不得指定设计单位、施工单位和设备材料供应单位。详细说明供电企业在高压业扩工程中执行“三不指定”要求后遇到的难题，提出了具体的对策。
The developing of power system reform requires power supply enterprise not to assign the project design unit, construction unit, equipment and materials supply unit in the power projects. The article il- lustrated in detail the difficulties that power supply enterprise encountering in the implementation of ＂three not specified＂ requirements, while proposing specific measures through serious thought.
