摘要
采用电流增益补偿的控制方法,以解决汽车用镀锌钢板电阻点焊的质量问题。通过一系列试验并结合电极帽的失效情况,绘制出优化的电流增益曲线。该曲线可保证获得合格的焊点熔核尺寸,且焊点强度高、质量稳定可靠,优于原有的电流台阶曲线,为实际生产提供了可靠的试验数据。
The quality problems in the resistance spot welding process of automobiles galvanized steel were studied by using welding current gain compensation control method.Through a series of tests and based on the analysis of the failure of electrode cap,the optimization of current gain curve was created,it was indicated that using this curve can guarantee more satisfactory nugget size,higher strength and more stable quality welds could be obtained by using the new current step curve instead of the original current step curve.and provide a set of reliable data for the actual production.
