基于Y5000测控板的测井电缆井口注磁标定系统设计

摘要 提出了一种基于Y5000多功能板的测井电缆井口标定系统设计方案。采用并行口EPP模式通讯的Y5000多功能板集成了工业控制卡的主要功能,用于检测电缆张力、磁信号、井下接箍信号、电缆速度/深度,以及注磁控制、故障报警等。采用VC++编写的电缆标定软件运行于Windows操作系统与实时扩展平台。该系统运行稳定可靠,能有效降低电缆标定过程的累计误差,以及提高标定工作效率。 A design scheme of measure-control system for logging cable wellhead magnetizing calibration based on control board Y5000 is proposed.Y5000 integrates with multi-function of general industrial control board communicates with computer in parallel port EPP mode.The board is used to measure the cable tension,magnetic signal,collar signal,cable speed and depth,as well as output fault alarm,etc.The software of the system is programmed by VC++,and runs on Windows and real-time extension platform.The system shows it has high reliability and able to decrease error accumulation of depth in cable calibration process greatly and increase the efficiency of calibration.
