摘要
沈尹默与现代中国书法文化复兴是紧密相联的。他在书法实践上致力于弘扬帖学,培养了大量的书法精英人才;他在书法被边缘化的年代坚持书法大业,重视书法研究会的功能,推进国际文化书法的发展,把书法从晚清文人的馆阁体中解放出来;他的一系列书法论稿,从微观的角度对书法艺术及其技法进行了探索,建立了独特的沈尹默书法体系。北京大学书法研究所将扛出沈尹默书法文化大旗,秉承他的书法精神,对书法文化研究作出新的贡献。
Shen Yinmo is closely related to the revival of modern Chinese calligraphic culture. He devoted to carrying forward rubbing research and trained a lot of elite in calligraphy. He stuck to calligraphy during the time when calligraphy was driven to the fringe, he paid attention to the function of calligraphy society and he pushed forward the development of international calligraphic culture so as to liberate calligraphy from the libraries of scholars in late Qing Dynasty. His papers about calligraphy explored the art and skill from a micro angle and established the unique system of Shen Yinmo calligraphy. The calligraphic research center of Beijing University will carry his banner, inherit his spirit and make new contributions to the research of calligraphic culture.
