摘要
基于对2008年1月在中国12家企业进行的问卷调查资料的分析,农民工的工作满意度高于城镇工人。影响农民工工作满意的因素主要是就业特性中的企业所有制、是否工会会员、行业与个体特性中的年龄。农民工和城镇工人满意度差异的主要原因是其各自的参照群体不同,由此形成了不同的"相对满意"。但现有的相对满意状态将随着现代平等理念的传播和社会结构的变化而发生持续的变化。
According to the questionnaire of 12 enterprises in China on January, 2008, we can see that job satisfaction of migrant laborers is higher than city workers. The factors related to the satisfaction are enterprise ownership, a member of labor union, profession and age. The difference in their satisfaction results from different references and therefore, comes different "relative satisfaction". However, existing relative satisfaction will change continuously according to the spread of modern concept of equality and change of social structure.
