摘要
简要介绍台湾土地银行的发展过程,分析了台湾农地金融制度的特点,从中得出有益的启示和借鉴:(1)农地金融制度建立与农地制度改革并行;(2)进一步明晰农地产权关系,推动农地流转市场发展;(3)建立完善的农业金融法律体系;(4)加大政府支持农地金融和商业银行服务农业的力度;(5)组建专业的土地金融部门。
Development of Taiwan land bank is introduced,and the characteristics of Taiwan farmland finance system is analyzed.Accordingly favorable enlightenments and references are summarized as follows.（1）Establishment of farmland finance system and reform of farmland system are carried on at the same time.（2）Farmland property rights relationship is further made clear to accelerate the development of farmland transfer market.（3）A perfect agricultural finance law system is established.（4）Government＇s support of farmland finance and commercial bank to serve agriculture is strengthened.（5）Professional land finance departments are built.
