摘要
以莆田市(区域)为研究单元,通过调查与访谈,分析了莆田当前工业经济发展现状,并从产业链构建角度,重点探讨了莆田工业循环经济发展新模式,提出了措施:(1)依托现有相关行业,构建农产品加工产业链;(2)以某产业(如电力)为龙头,构建循环产业链;(3)依托现有的海水养殖及加工工业,构建海洋资源型循环产业链,以期为莆田市的循环经济发展提供科学依据,为经济发展和环境保护提供指导思路。
Current status of industrial economy in Putian is analyzed based on a survey and interview.New development model of industrial circulation economy in Putian is explored from the perspective of industrial chain.（1）Relying on the current industries to construct an industrial chain for agroproducts processing.（2）Taking an industry,such as electric power,as leading to construct a circulation industrial chain.（3）Relying on mariculture and its processing to construct marine resource circulation industrial chain.This study aims to offer scientific basis for circulation economy development in Putian,and guidance for economic development and environment protection.
