农户造林投资行为影响因素实证研究——以福建省为例

Empirical research on the affecting factors of farmers' afforestation investment——Taking Fujian Province as a case

探讨了影响农户造林投资行为因素,对影响农户造林投资行为因素进行实证分析,提出相关政策建议:(1)建立林农造林合作组织;(2)从政策、资金和技术上对林农造林投资给予扶持;(3)创新农村金融制度,扩大林农有效融资渠道等;(4)地方林业管理部门定期对林农进行相关知识的培训,对林农林地资源进行有效管理,加强对林农造林的服务意识;(5)对于林农荒山造林及不属生态保护范围内的林地,提高采伐指标,用市场的手段来有效调节。

This paper deals with the affecting factors of farmers′ afforestation investment behavior,and conducts empirical analysis of the affecting factors,accordingly proposed the corresponding countermeasures.（1）Building the cooperation organization of forest farmers.（2）Supporting farmers′ afforestation investment in policy,funds and technology.（3）Innovating financial system of the rural areas and expanding effective financing channel of forest farmers.（4）Training farmers to learn the corresponding knowledge of forest,administer the resources of forestland,and improving the sense of service.（5）Raising the index of timber cutting,and adjusting the resources of forest by the market effectively.
