农林院校资源环境与城乡规划管理专业人才培养模式探讨

在分析当前资源环境与城乡规划管理专业主要办学模式的基础上,以福建农林大学林学院为例剖析了农林院校资源环境与城乡规划管理专业在其发展过程中存在的问题,进而从专业交流平台、课程体系改革、实践教学环节、师资队伍建设、教师评估体系等5个方面探讨了该专业人才培养模式的改革与创新。

Based on analysis of the current education model of resource environment and urban-rural planning management major,the article goes deep into exploring the existing problems in resource environment and urban-rural planning management major in College of Forestry,Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,and then in terms of professional exchange platform,curriculum reform,practice teaching link,construction of teaching faculty and evaluation system of teachers,it desls with the reform and innovation of professional training model,so as to improve talents cultivating quality of resource environment and urban-rural planning management major continuously.
