On the Establishment of Relationship between Social Assistance and Harmonious Subjectivity

政府在社会救助中起主导性作用,它能充分发挥宏观调控的优势有效的获取和利用资源,但要使社会救助的作用更充分的发挥还就必须深入挖掘非政府组织的潜能。建立平等协作、双向互动的和谐主体关系是促进社会救助工作有效开展、满足社会成员基本的生活需求、促进社会安定健康和谐发展的重要措施,我们应当高度重视并积极构建和谐的主体关系。

Government plays a leading role in social assistance and can give full play the advantages of their effective macro-control and the use of resources.However,to give full play social assistance requires the exploitation of the potential of non-governmental organizations.Establishing an equal cooperation and two-way interaction is an important measure to construct harmonious relationship which can promote social assistance work effectively,satisfy the basic requirement of the social members,and promote social stability and development.Great importance should be attached to the subject relationship to establish harmonious relationship.
