企业大学:高职院校校企合作纵深化发展的桥梁

Corporate University:a Bridge of the In-depth Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

校企合作是高职院校推进工学结合人才培养模式改革的重要支撑,但同时也是当前高职教育发展的短板所在。当前高职院校校企合作存在不足的根本原因在于没有找到企业与职业教育合作的有效途径。依据南京信息职业技术学院和齐齐哈尔高等师范专科学校的成功案例可以看出,企业大学在高职校企合作中具有重要作用,以企业大学作为校企合作的桥梁,是实现校企合作纵深化发展的一条可行之路。

Cooperation between colleges and enterprises supports higher vocational colleges in advancing the reform of cultivation pattern of ＂Work-based Learning＂.But it also shows some weak points of higher vocational education today.The deficiency of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is primarily caused by the unknown internal demand of enterprise.This paper argues that corporate university plays an important role in cooperation between colleges and enterprises and it is advisable for higher vocational colleges to advance in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises based on the intermediate node of corporate university.According to the successful cases of Nanjing College of Information Technology and Qiqihar Teachers College,this paper also analyses the basic framework and prospect of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and corporate universities.
