摘要
大学生就业主体性反映了他们在就业过程中具有的自觉、主动地认识和调控自己心理和行为的能力。针对大学生在就业中存在的职业意识淡薄、就业依赖性强和就业创新缺乏突破等主体性缺失现象,提出了通过开展生涯规划、优化就业指导和倡导创业教育等基本理念,提高其就业的自主性、能动性和创造性,确立并强化大学生在就业过程中的主体地位。
The employment subjectivity of college graduates reflects their consciousness,imitativeness,active sefl-control of their psychology and actions during the process of employment.Taking into consideration their weak career awareness,employment dependence and lack of creativity,this paper aims at improving their consciousness,imitativeness and creativity by career planning,optimizing career guide and advocating open their business,thus setting up and reinforcing college graduates' leading position in employment.
