中医综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

目的：评价中医综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：治疗组174例采用定位旋转复位，抖动展筋，穴位弹拨，使酸、麻、肿、胀的感觉顺经传递。中频治疗促进血液循环，松解软组织粘连；对照组87例采用单纯推拿治疗。结果：通过两个疗程治疗，治疗组显效143例（82．18％），有效26例（14．94％）无效5例（2．87％）总有效率169例（97．12％），与对照组相比，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：中医综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病起效快且疗效确切，疗效优于单纯推拿治疗。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the combined traditional Chinese medical therapy for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods： The treatment group of 174 cases were administered with the combined therapy which include acupoint injection manipulation and modulated medium frequency electrotherapy. The former transfer senses of dull pain numb and swell through nerves and acupoints, the later promoter blood circulation and loosen local tissue adhesion. The control group of 87 cases were treated with Tui Na manipulation. Results： After two circle treatment, In the treatment group ,significant effective rate 82.18%, effective rate 14.94%, non effective rate 2.87%,total effective rate 97.12%.To compare with the control group, there is a statistical difference （ P 〈 0.01. conclusion： Combined therapy of traditional chinese medicine for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can alleviate symptoms significantly better and sooner than Tui Na treatment simply.
