摘要
随着我国体制外社会空间的扩大,人们对单位的需求在减少,而对社会组织的需求在增加。通过一定的社会机制发挥各类社会组织提供服务、反映诉求、协调关系、规范行为的作用,十分有益于提升社会自我管理的能力、完善我国的社会管理体制,并在此过程中推进政府职能的转变。
With the expansion of space in extra social system,people＇s requirement for working units is on the decline,whereas the demand for social organizations is increasing.Various social organizations are expected to provide service,reflect appeal,balance relationship,and standardize behaviors through certain social mechanism,which will be conducive to enhancing social self management,improving social management mechanism,and transforming government functions.
