摘要
运用1999—2007年权威数据,对河南高等教育公共财政投入与经济发展主要指标进行实证分析。在此基础上对河南高等教育公共财政投入与经济发展的关系进行量化研究,发现二者具有显著相关性。政府应加大财政投入力度,确保河南省高等教育与经济均衡协调发展。
This article is focus on analysing the relation between the public in Henan Province financial investment in Higher Education and Economic Development in Henan province from 1999 to 2007,using authoritative data and the method of positive analysis.On the basis of the correlation analysis and the regression analysis,we found it is the significant correlation between the financial investment in public higher education and Economic development.The Government should increase financial input to higher education and ensure the coordinated development between the Higher Education and Economy in Henan province.
