上市公司现金股利政策影响因素实证分析——基于我国电力行业数据

The Analysis of Relevant Factors of Cash Dividend Policy in Listed Companies Based on the Examples in China′s Power Industry

影响现金股利分配政策的因素一直是学术界和各公司关注的焦点,文章以我国电力行业上市公司为样本,主要对影响现金股利分配的内部因素进行了实证分析。结果显示,现金股利分配与资产负债率、每股经营现金流量净额、每股收益和公司规模呈正相关关系,而与每股净资产和速动比率不相关。

As a hot spot in the academic area and various companies,high attention has been put on the analysis of the relevant factors about cash dividend policy.By taking the China′s power industry as example,this paper tests the internal factors of cash dividend policy,and the result shows that the probability of cash dividend distribution has positive relationship with the debt-asset ratio,the net cash flow per share,the earnings per share and the size of company,and have no relationship with the net asset value per share and quick ratio.
