各地中等职业教育生均经费配置差异分析

The Difference Analysis of the Distribution of Per Capita Educational Expenditure of Secondary Vocational Education between Different Regions in China

以2008年全国各地技工学校、职业高中、农村职业高中、中等职业学校、中等专业学校的生均经费数据为例,对其构成比例及其地区间配置差异进行分析,发现预算内经费占总经费的比例较低,基建经费及公用经费比例较低,因此国家应加大财政投入力度,不断提高预算内经费水平,提高公用经费及大型实验设备等基建的经费保障水平,以保障中职学校的教学办公的正常运转。总的来说各地的生均经费的离差程度较大,且"中部塌陷"现象明显。

From the data of per capita educational expenditure of technicial schools,senior vocational high schools,rural senior vocational high schools,secondary vocational schools,secondary,secondary specialized schools of different regions in China,the difference analysis finds out that the fiscal expenditure proportion is low,the expenditure proportion of infrastructure and office using fees is low.So the government should improve the investment scale to increase the fiscal educational expenditure,to increase the expenditure for office using and infrastructure to guarantee the normal running of the secondary vocational schools.The disperse difference between different regions is quite great,and the dent of the several provinces in central China is quite clear.
