摘要
劳务人员素质的高低已成为决定一个国家能否在激烈的国际劳务市场竞争中取胜的关键。目前我国的对外劳务输出人员素质却相当低,所以对我国外派劳务人员的职业培训尤为重要。本文提出我国外派劳务职业培训的必要性、存在的问题及障碍,以及发展我国对外劳务培训的一些对策建议。
The quality of employees dispatched abroad has also become a key that decides a country's success in the heat competition of the international labour market,but the quality of our employees abroad is fairly low,so the vocational training to our employees dispatched abroad is particularly important.This article introduced the ne-cessity,problems and obstacles of the vocational training to employees dispatched abroad,and the advices that can develop our vocational training.
