摘要
以叔丁醇、水合肼等为原料，合成特丁基肼盐酸盐，再与粘氯酸等反应合成哒嗪酮，最后哒嗪酮与苄硫醇反应得到哒螨灵。总收率以粘氯酸计约８０％
tButylhydrazing hydrochloride was prepared from tbutanol and hydrazine, then it reacted with mucochloric acid to get 2 tbutyl 4,5 dichloro 3 ( 2 H)pyridazinone. Finally the target product pyridaben was synthisized from 2 tbutyl4,5 dichloro 3 ( 2 H)pyridazinone and 4 tbutylbenzyl mercaptan. The total product rate is up to 80 %.
