头痛及其共存疾患

摘要头痛是临床上极为常见主诉，是全球范围前十位失能性疾患。包括原发性头痛与继发性头痛。继发性头痛通常是某些疾病的临床症状之一，具有明确的病因，如脑肿瘤、脑血管病、脑膜炎等等；而原发性头痛是指目前尚未明确病因的一组头痛疾患，包括偏头痛、紧张型头痛、丛集性头痛及其他原发性头痛，它们被视为独立的疾患。
