头痛与睡眠障碍 被引量：1

摘要 头痛和睡眠障碍是临床常见的疾病，两者常并存于同一患者。偏头痛、紧张型头痛（TTH）、丛集性头痛和少见的睡眠性头痛（HH）是与睡眠相关性较大的原发性头痛，失眠和睡眠呼吸暂停是与头痛相关性较大的睡眠障碍。一方面睡眠时间过短或过长会诱发偏头痛，另一方面，偏头痛症状可以通过睡眠来缓解。研究显示，多数慢性头痛患者睡眠质量较差，而良好的睡眠可以减少偏头痛发作频率和缩短头痛持续时间。本综述就睡眠与头痛之间的相互关系进行阐述。
