摘要
介绍了ZD-Ⅱ型氧化锆检测器气相色谱仪的原理、设计和应用情况.该仪器已在高纯气体分析领域用于分析高纯氮、氩、氦、氖、氪、氙等惰性气体中的微量H_2、O_2、CH_4、CO的含量.其最低检测浓度:H_2、O_2、CH_4为0.1ppm(0.1×10^(-6))、CO为0.5ppm(0.5×10^(-6)).
Principle,device and application of the model -Ⅱ chromatography with zirconia detector are introduced in the paper. It has used in analyses of trace impurities: H2、O2、CH4 and CO in high pure inert gases such as nitrogen、argon、helium、neon、krypton、xenon with minimum detectable concentration of 0. 1ppm for H2、O2 and CH4, and 0.5ppm for CO.
