摘要
本文介绍在AutoCAD中利用AutoLISP语言编程实现齿轮和齿圈的范成仿真,实现参数化设计.通过此程序可以得到精度较高的齿廓外形,从而帮助设计人员提前发现齿轮传动过程中可能发生的干涉,提高了设计效率.
The paper introduces the method of kinematical simulation of making involute gears and gear ring,and provides a way of parametric design by means of AutoLISP language in the AutoCAD platform.We can get exact profile of gear teeth through the method.It can help the designer check the interference before manufacture,and enhance the design efficiency.
