摘要
空管维修中的人为差错因素是造成飞行安全事故的最主要原因,如何定性构建出事故模型和定量分析出众多差错中的最主要因素是本文要解决的问题.本文首先通过对现有空管维修模型分析,以造成人为差错的原因为标准,对维修差错进行分类并构建差错分类树.然后应用故障树分析方法,构建出人为差错故障树.最后对故障树进行定性和定量分析,模拟实验结果,从而最终确定导致事故发生的最主要模块.
Human error is the main reason for the accident flight safety in air maintaining service.How to build a qualitative model and quantitative analysis of the accident a number of errors is the most important problem in this thesis to be solved.Firstly,through analyzing the air maintaining service model classified the maintenance errors and modeling based on the reasons to cause human error.Then applying the fault tree analysis structures the fault tree of human error.Finally using the software simulate results,then qualitative constructed error models and quantitative analysis all errors,at last,finding the main module through calculating the accident rate.
