β-内酰胺类药物两种给药方案治疗门诊儿童急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of two kinds of treatments including β-lactam antibiotics on the children outpatients with acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection

目的:比较β-内酰胺类抗菌药物两种给药方案对门诊儿童急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:226例门诊儿童急性细菌性上呼吸道感染患者随机分成2组,分别应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物两种给药方案进行治疗,观察并统计其疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:两种给药方案中治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.2%和92.6%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组中有7例患者出现恶心、腹泻等胃肠道反应,3例注射部位出现疼痛及静脉炎等症状,不良反应发生率8.47%;对照组中有5例患者出现胃肠道反应,2例静脉炎,不良反应发生率6.48%。结论:同时应用两种β-内酰胺类抗菌药物疗效并不比单用一种更好,临床应根据实际情况,尽可能选择单一用药,以避免抗菌药物滥用现象,减少或延缓细菌耐药性的产生。

Objective：To compare the effect of two kinds of treatments including β-lactam antibiotics on the children outpatients with acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection.Methods：A total of 226 cases of children outpatients with acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups,two kinds of treatments including β-lactam antibiotics were given respectively,and the efficacy and the occurrences of adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.Results：The total effective rates were 93.2% and 92.6% in the treatment group and the control group,and there was no signifi cant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.In the treatment group,there were 7 cases with nausea and diarrhea and 3 cases with pain and phlebitis in the injection site,the rate of adverse drug reactions was 8.47%,and in the control group,there were 5 cases with gastrointestinal reaction and 2 cases with phlebitis,the rate of adverse drug reactions was 6.48%.Conclusion：It was no better in the treatment of acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection using two kinds of β-lactam antibiotics simultaneously than using the single β-lactam antibiotic,and the single drug should be choosed as far as possible based on the actual situations in clinic,in order to avoid abuse of antibiotics,reduce or delay the emergence of bacterial drug resistance.
