螺内酯致男性乳腺增生1例 被引量:6

One case report of male galactophore hyperplasia induced by spironolactone

摘要 1例36a男性患者,因肝硬化腹水选用呋塞米和螺内酯进行利尿治疗,服药后第2天,患者自觉乳腺发热并有明显胀感。经进一步了解,该患者此前曾2次服用螺内酯,发生明显乳腺增生,当时乳腺局部有硬结,触压疼痛,停用螺内酯后逐渐恢复正常。鉴于此,即停用螺内酯,1周后患者乳腺发热感和胀感等不良反应症状逐渐消失。 A 36-year-old man received furosemide and spironolactone for curing ascites due to cirrhosis.The man felt galactophore fevering and distending after administration for two days.Subsequently,the patient presented that obvious hyperplasia of mammary glands with local scleroma and tenderness had ever appeared when spironolactone was twice administered,and symptoms recovered to normal gradually after drug withdrawal.In view of this,spironolactone was discontinued immediately,then galactophore fevering and distending disappeared a week later.
