施肤宁治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效观察

The clinical observation of Cefabene in treament of dermatitis and eczema

目的观察施肤宁治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效及副反应。方法治疗组给予施肤宁喷雾液均匀涂抹皮肤患处,对照组外用皮炎平软膏,观察并比较用药后第1、2周的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为55·6%,总有效率84·4%;对照组痊愈率为31·1%,有效率为68·9%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义。结论施肤宁治疗皮炎湿疹疗效好、安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Cefabene spray solution on dermatitis and eczema.Methods 45 patients suffered from allergic skin diseas. Suitable quantities of Cefabene solution were sprayed on the affected parts of skin and smear it evenly, 2 times daily （in the morning and evening）, for 2 weeks as a treatment course. Results After two weeks, the recovery effective ratio of Cefabene was 556%, and the total effective ratio was 844%. Cure rate was 311% in the control group, the effective rate was 689%, the efficiency difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Cefabene spray solution shows quick effect, good efficacy and minimum side effects in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema. It is worth to spread.
