摘要
目的探讨老年人颅脑外伤的治疗方法。方法对本院91例老年颅脑外伤患者的治疗进行综合分析。结果良好75例,中残7例,重残4例,死亡3例,放弃治疗2例。结论颅脑损伤的老年患者表现多较重且复杂,合理、有效的预防和减少并发症的发生,将会明显提高老年颅脑外伤患者的预后效果及生活质量。
Objective To explore of the treatment of elderly craniocerebral trauma. Methods Comprehensive analysis on 68 examples of the trauma.Results 75 cases were good 7 cases were less good, 4 cases were worse,3 cases were death, 2 cases canes were giving up for treatment.Conclusion The elderly patients are showing greater and more complex and rational and effective prevention and less complications occurance,it will significantly enhance the effect of prognosis and quality of life.
