摘要
运用Flory现代状态方程理论(EOS),对三元均聚物共混体系的热力学函数吉布斯共混自由能ΔGm进行合理简化,并求得其spinodal相图方程。该方程是一复杂的非线性方程,不易求其解析解,因此通过循环方法借助计算机得到spinodal方程的数值解,并显示相应的spinodal三角形相图。将上述方法用于已知状态方程参数的三元均聚物共混物聚苯乙烯(PS)/聚甲基乙烯基醚(PVME)/聚2,6-二甲基1,4-苯撑氧(PPE)中,得到一系列不同温度下的spinodal相图,预测结果与文献报导吻合。在此基础上进一步研究了聚合物的分子量对体系相行为的影响。
The thermodynamic free energy on mixing Δ G m and the spinodal equation in ternary homopolymer blends were obtained by making plausible approximation based on Flory′s equation of state theory. Because of the non linear behavior of the spinodal equation, a numerical solution approach was used and succeeded in solving the problem. Spinodals of polystyrene(PS)/poly(vinly methyl ether)(PVME)/poly(2,6 dimethyl 1,4 phenylene oxide)(PPE) were simulated over a wide temperature range and the calculated result was coincidence with that of the literature. Also the influence of the molecular weight of the component on the spinodal phase behavior was studied.
