彩色多普勒超声心动图在原发性肺动脉高压诊断中的应用

Color Doppler echocardiography in primary pulmonary hypertension diagnosis

目的探讨原发肺动脉高压的超声诊断价值。方法通过对16例原发肺动脉高压的超声心动图检查,记录检查结果进行分析。结果本组16例患者超声多普勒心动图检查均显示肺动脉压力负荷过重所致一系列改变:肺动脉扩张高压,右室游离壁增厚,右心扩大,室间隔形态异常,肺动脉血流频谱异常,肺动脉瓣及三尖瓣不同程度反流。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图对原发肺动脉高压诊断有临床意义。

Objective To investigate the primary value of ultrasonic diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension.Methods On 16 cases of primary pulmonary hypertension by echocardiography,record and analyze the test results.Results The 16 patients with Doppler echocardiography have shown that pulmonary artery pressure overload caused by a series of changes：the expansion of pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular free wall thickening,expansion of the right heart,ventricular septal abnormal morphology,pulmonary artery flow spectrum abnormalities,varying degrees of pulmonary valve and tricuspid regurgitation.Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography diagnosis of primary pulmonary hypertension has clinical significance.
