112例混合痔患者行PPH术加外痔切除术的围术期护理体会

112 cases of PPH patients with mixed hemorrhoids external hemorrhoids resection surgery plus perioperative nursing

目的探讨混合痔患者行PPH术加外痔切除术的围术期护理体会。方法回顾性分析112例混合痔患者行PPH术加外痔切除术的术前、术中、术后护理体会。结果患者术中肠道清洁,术后无感染、无明显的吻合口出血,术后8h下床活动,按期痊愈出院。结论做好混合痔患者行PPH术加外痔切除术的围术期护理,可有效减轻患者痛苦,减少术后并发症,缩短住院天数,提高手术成功率。

Objective To investigate patients with PPH mixed hemorrhoid external hemorrhoid resection surgery plus perioperative nursing.Methods 112 cases of PPH patients with mixed hemorrhoids external hemorrhoids resection surgery plus preoperative and postoperative nursing care were reviewed retrospectively.Results Patients in the intestinal tract clean,no postoperative infection,no obvious anastomotic bleeding,get out of bed after 8 hours,were discharged on schedule.Conclusion Do patients with PPH mixed hemorrhoid external hemorrhoid resection surgery plus perioperative care,which can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients and reduce postoperative complications,shorter hospital stay and improve the success rate of surgery.
