摘要
介绍了一种可用于铸造生产的以聚丙烯酸钠为主要成分的快速无毒气体硬化树脂粘结剂,并给出了适用的树脂粘结剂性能参数。
A new kind of gas hardened resin binder for foundry use which was mainly composed of polyacrylic sodium was introduced in this paper. The mixture of this resin binder, sand, and Ca(OH) 2 powder as a curing agent can be quickly hardened by CO 2 gas. The gas hardened compressive strength of this resin sand sample is much higher than the PVA CO 2 resin sand. When the addition of resin binder and Ca(OH) 2 are 0.6% and 3% respectively, the maximum of strength reaches 2.27 MPa after 30 ̄60 s gas hardening. In order to obtain optimal property parameters suitable for foundry use, the gas hardened and gas laying hardened strength and useful properties of this resin sand mixed with the resin in different neutralized degree, molecular weight, and concentration were tested. In conclusion, reasonable property parameters of this resin, application process and formulation of this resin sand are given.
