摘要
DSC分析表明,熔体连续挤出自增强HDPE片材表层的自增强程度要比芯部的高。借助楔形收敛流道内熔体流场(延伸应变速率)与温度场的分布规律,可知,熔体温度是导致自增强试样横截面上自增强程度不均匀的主要原因。
It has been shown by DSC analyses that the outer layer of the self reinforced HDPE sheet prepared by continuous melt extrusion has a higher self reinforcement degree than its inner core. With the aid of the distribution regularity of flow field(extensional strain rate) and temperature field of a polymer melt flowing through a wedge shaped convergent channel, it has indicate that the melt temperature is the main reason leading to the properties inhomogeneity across the cross section of the self reinforced sample.
