摘要
目的：观察我院使用银杏叶片与阿司匹林联合治疗阿司匹林抵抗患者的疗效研究.方法：筛选出AR患者72例,按随机数字分为治疗组36例,其中男21例;对照组36例.2组患者以上资料及有心脏病、糖尿病、高血压等病史的例数无统计学差异（P〉0.05）.结果：治疗组有效率58.33%,较对照组36.11%高（P〈0.05）;治疗组药物不良反应发生率11.11%,较对照组47.22%显著低下（P〈0.01）;2组未见阳性事件发生.结论：银杏叶片对阿司匹林抵抗患者具有补充治疗作用,疗效好.
Objective： To observe the effective of treating Aspirin Resistance with Ginkgo biloba tablet plus Aspirin. Methods： 72 patients were selected from AR. Randomly divided into treatment group of 36 patients, male 21; control group of 36 cases. Two groups information and patients with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, a history has no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Results： The treatment group effective rate is 58.33%, was more than control group 36.11% （P〈0.05）; Adverse drug reactions rate of treatment group was 11.11%, was lower than control group 47.22% （P〈0.01）; two groups weren＇t positive. Conclusion： Treating AR with Ginkgo biloba tablet has replacement treatment effective and good effects.
