摘要
介绍了α-FeOOH和α-Fe2O3的合成途径。采用FeSO4、NaOH作基础原料,通过选择适宜的合成条件,先合成具有针状结构的α-FeOOH,然后将α-FeOOH热处理成α-Fe2O3,最后将α-Fe2O3制成γ-Fe2O3。合成的α-Fe2O3呈均匀的针状结构,晶体的长轴和短轴之比在8.4∶1~9.5∶1之间,晶体的平均粒子长度在0.151~0.157μm之间。
he ways for synthesis of -FeOOH and -Fe2O3 are
introduced.FeSO4,NaOH are used as the original materials.The acicular -FeOOH is synthesized
first under the optimum condition,then the -FeOOH is changed into -Fe2O3 by thermal treatment,
finally,the -Fe2O3 is transformed into -Fe2O3.The synthesized compound -Fe2O3 is needle
shape and the ratio of the major axis to minor one of the crystals is in the range of 8.419.51.The
mean length of the particles is in the range of 0.1510.157 m.The reappearance of the method is
well.
