摘要
介绍了德国毛瑟 (Mauser -WerkeGmbH)公司开发的 2 0 0LL环塑料桶的过程 ,第一代、第二代和第三代产品改进之处和特点 ,并根据我国目前L环塑料桶现状 ,指出应注意专利侵权问题。
The development process of 200L L-ring drum created by Mauser Werke GmbH company, Germany ,Patent status and structure characteristic of first to third generation product were introduced. According to the present situation of L-ring drum production in China, the infringement on Mauser's patent right must be warned.
