本文以青岛小涧西城市生活垃圾焚烧发电厂为例，结合节约用水、污水零排放的思路，阐述了生活垃圾焚烧发电厂给排水系统的设计。

Based on the design of Qingdao Xiaojianxi Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant and the consideration of saving water and wastewater zero discharge, this paper analyses the design of the water supply and drainage system.
