摘要
研究了高速纺丝油剂用聚醚的合成方法。微量水分是聚合过程中产生副产物并影响相对分子质量的主要因素,高沸点和中等沸点引发剂可采用升温结合抽真空的办法除水;低沸点引发剂则采用先合成R-xEO/yPO结构的中间体,相对分子质量控制在400左右,使其“沸点”升高,然后再脱水、聚合的分步合成工艺。为了减少油剂在热板上的结焦,聚醚应选用碳链长度较短的饱和C4~C12的醇或酸为引发剂。
The synthesis of polyether for high\|speed\|spinning finish was studied. Trace water is the main factor that leads to the yield of by\|products and reduction in the average molecular weight during polymerizing. The initiators with high and medium boiling point can be dehydrated at high temperature and vacuum; but for the initiator with low boiling point the intermediate of R\|xEO/yPO structure is synthesized firstly, whose molecular weight is controlled at about 400 and boiling point is raisen, and then is dehydrated and polymerized. In order to reduce the tar on heat\|box, saturated C4 ̄C12 alcohol or acid with shorter carbochain should be chosen as the initiator for polyether, and K+ remained in polyether should be removed by cocrystallization.
