摘要
在实验装置上考察了水洗温度、水与环氧树脂苯溶液两相体积比、两相流速比、环氧树脂苯溶液含氯量和密度等因数对水洗脱氧率的影响。当水浴温度80℃、水与环氧树脂苯溶液体积比1、两相流速比1、环氧树脂苯溶液密度970kg/m3时,连续水洗脱氯率可达95%以上。
Continuous water washing experiment of epoxy resin in benzene solution for dechlorination was conducted. Several factors edicted the dechlorination efficiency such as water temperatures, two phase volume ratio of water to epoxy resin in benzene solution, two phase velocity ratio, original sodium chloride contents and different density of epoxy resin in benzene solution were investigated. When washing water tempexature was at 80℃, two phase volume ratio was at 1.0, velocity ratio was at 1.0 and the density of epoxy resin in benzene solution was about 970kg/m^3, the dechlorination efficiency could exceed 95%.
