摘要
采用标准湍流模型和离散相模型,建立凝汽器补水雾化两相流动的物理数学模型,并利用Fluent软件进行了数值计算,并对补水进入凝汽器的方式及换热过程进行了详细分析。由计算结果可知,喷嘴高度及喷雾角度对蒸汽凝结换热量影响很大;喷嘴高度在距离喉部出口2 m处逆向喷雾时,凝结换热效果较好。
Using the standard turbulent model and discrete phase model,establishing physical and chemical models of two phase flow for water make-up atomizing of condenser,and using Fluent software to calculate the value.Based on the calculative result,it may be known the height and angle of nozzle has very large influence to condensing heat exchange of steam.When nozzle which height is apart from throat at a distance of 2 m sprays conversely,the effect of condensing heat exchange is better.
