摘要
对目前大容量直接空冷机组凝结水溶氧量高的危害及其原因进行分析,提出了解决措施。详细阐述了带有内置除氧装置的排汽装置的结构及其进行真空除氧的过程,并就优化排汽装置内部除氧设计方案进行了讨论,有效地解决了凝结水溶氧超标的问题。
Harms and causes of high oxygen content in condensate of large direct air-cooled turbine units were analyzed,for which corresponding countermeasures proposed.Structures of an exhaust device with built-in deaerator were described in detail,while the deaeration process illustrated and discussion on the deaerator design optimization performed.Based on above analyses,the problem of high oxygen content in the condensate is finally solved.
